- US Orders: Enjoy Fast FedEx® shipping on every order, shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping®. Signature upon delivery is required for your protection, regardless of FedEx waivers.

- International Shipping: We offer international shipping through FedEx Priority International Shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping fees at checkout and all import duties, fees, and taxes in their local country.

- Special Delivery Requests: If you prefer delivery to a FedEx® location or have specific requirements, contact OG Fine Jewelry Customer Service at +1 (800) 779-1726 or email info@orchidgems.com. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

- Returns and Damages: While we strive for secure shipping, OG Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. In case of damage upon delivery, refuse the shipment or call us immediately at +1 (800) 779-1726. Retain packing materials unless instructed otherwise by OG Fine Jewelry, US. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 8 days of receiving your order.

- Tracking Information: Tracking information is typically provided 24-48 hours in advance of arrival via an automated Shopify email. Free Shipping Both Ways With FedEx

We offer free FedEx shipping on every US, Canadian, UK, and Australian order. To make your OG Fine Jewelry purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, we also offer Free Shipping on all orders from the US, Canada, UK, and Australia!

Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

At OG Fine Jewelry, we have shared in the unforgettable memories of thousands of our customers, and we understand that jewelry is often given for special surprise occasions such as an engagement. Please let us know what we can do to make sure you maintain your surprise. Special arrangements, such as Saturday delivery, delivery on a particular date, or holding at a FedEx location, can be made by calling us at 800.691.0952. Saturday delivery is available for eligible locations for an additional $30. Limited time only. All orders are presented in distinctive FSC Certified Packages. 

Shipping Policies

For your protection, OG Fine Jewelry always:

• Insures and registers all items for their full value.
• Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
• If your order value is over $500.00, signature will be required at delivery.
• If you miss your shipment, FedEx will attempt to deliver 2 more times before it is returned to the shipper.
• For US domestic orders, if you are unable to be home to sign for your package, we have showroom locations across the US where you can pick-up at your convenience! You can also select to deliver to a FedEx Office Location near you.

International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information. Other than GST/PST/HST, there are no additional import duties for orders shipped to Canada and Australia. For orders shipped to the UK, OG Fine Jewelry collects the relevant duties for each order. OG Fine Jewelry is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to OG Fine Jewelry within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.
