Domestic Shipping (US)
We ship via FedEx Priority services with full insurance at no extra cost. Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items ship upon completion; exact timelines depend on the piece and stone availability.
- Signature upon delivery is required for orders over $500.
- We ship to physical addresses only — no P.O. Boxes.
- Saturday delivery or Hold-for-Pickup at a FedEx location may be available on request.
International Shipping
We offer FedEx Priority International Shipping. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by their local customs authorities. Transit times vary by destination and customs processing.
Tracking & Notifications
Tracking information is typically provided 24–48 hours in advance via automated Shopify email. You can also view progress in the Shop app.
Returns & Damages
